In this workshop, we provide a practical introduction to the methods and process of strategic foresight using mobility as an example. The workshop will focus on “Autonomous Driving in Public Transportation.”

Identify signals and trends and assess their significance for their own organization.

Explore possible futures and identify desirable developments within them.

Define target scenarios and derive concrete strategies and measures based on them.
