Joint and shared EDIH services and coordinated investment efforts are envisioned as integral components of the 3S EDIH Corridor collaboration facility. These offerings will be progressively developed and implemented to ensure coherence in collective action and to maximise impact across all participating stakeholders. Specific figures on service uptake across hubs and regions are expected to be finalised by the end of 2025, following an initial demand assessment conducted in conjunction with the launch of the 3S EDIH Corridor website.
While the sharing of services is instrumental to the success of the initiative, it is important to underline that the 3S EDIH Corridor is conceived as a flexible, non-binding forum—open to European Digital Innovation Hubs and associated partners from across the digital ecosystem. Participation can take many forms: some hubs may find value in exchanging service-related know-how, while others may benefit from the platform as a means of enhancing the value, visibility, uptake, and long-term impact of project results—particularly in terms of their replication, transferability, and exploitation by broader stakeholder communities.
Participation is guided by the willingness and ability of stakeholders to engage in strategic dialogue on enhancing the Central and Eastern European innovation landscape, fostering interregional cooperation along the North–South Axis, and exploring synergies with the broader Mediterranean region.
