Held on the 16th of February, the “Deep Dive into the DMA Tool” webinar presented the ins and outs of the final Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) Tool for SMEs, to be utilised by EDIH Network members.
The DMA Tool is a crucial component of EDIH operations and must be used before any substantial intervention by EDIHs to measure their customers’ (SMEs/PSOs) digital maturity.
Speakers from the Digital Transformation Accelerator (DTA), the European Commission’s DG CNECT, and the Joint Research Council (JRC) provided insights on both the theoretical background of the DMA as well as the practical usage of the DMA Tool. With a live tutorial of the DMA Tool in the newly launched EDIH Network portal, participants could follow along and see its various functionalities in practice.
It was announced that the DMA for Public Service Organisations (PSO) will be made available in early March 2023.
