Train the Trainer course on Thursday 19 September 2024 (10:00-11:00 CEST).
CiTyInnoHub's success story showcases the application of Design Thinking and Design Sprints in driving digital transformation, particularly within the tourism sector of the Dobrogea region. This initiative addressed critical challenges such as seasonal fluctuations and limited digital engagement in the region.
Through a structured process, key stages of design thinking—empathizing with users, defining problems, generating solutions, prototyping, and testing—were applied. The project led to the creation and testing of digital solutions that targeted the specific needs of the public sector and SMEs in tourism.
A key outcome of this success story is the training of 20 CiTyInnoHub specialists to facilitate design thinking workshops, benefiting over 400 public and private sector entities. This highlights the power of rapid prototyping, user-centered design, and collaborative innovation. The results underscore how design thinking can effectively address digital transformation challenges and foster innovation within a complex sector.
After the one-hour course, participants will understand the core principles of Design Thinking and the Design Sprints framework, equipping them with tools to apply these methodologies in their own organizations to drive digital transformation and innovation.
