Success Story: Introduction of a Digital Worker Assistance System

Part 1 of this course provided by EDIH Südwestfalen will present a comprehensive overview of both digital transformation in manufacturing and digital worker technology, exploring markets and associated benefits.

Part 2 of this course will delve into one of the essential pillars of digital transformation: Knowledge Management. In this module, participants will gain a foundational understanding of knowledge management, including a brief overview of its core framework.

Part 3 will present the success story of BJB Technology for Light, an innovation partner for the lighting and home appliance industries. This part of the course will explore how the company introduced a digital worker assistance system into their processes and partnered up with EDIH Südwestfalen to upskill employees, simplify processes and applications, enable effective information exchange and digitalise the shift handover process. During this part participants will examine the different prototypes the team developed to address these goals and what steps they followed in order to establish and program them.
