RESTwithEU - Supporting the implementation of digital tools for tourism and in the restaurant sector

RESTwithEU is a European Pilot Project whose mission is to support and drive the digitalisation of the European Restaurant industry. With the increasing competitiveness and the technological boost in the sector, restaurants need to adapt to the era of digitalisation to continue operating in a more efficient and long-term perspective, improving their processes and the experience of their customers. But how can we adapt to the age of digitalisation to be more resilient and sustainable by 2030? 

RESTwithEU has developed The Digital Pathway Tool, a framework that will make it easier for small and medium-sized restaurants to take the necessary steps to progressively adapt to the digitalisation era in a simple, step-by-step manner, with actionable guidelines that will help restaurants achieve their digitalisation goals by area.

RESTwithEU is a Pilot Project promoted by the European Parliament and executed by Innova Next SLU (Barrabés.biz), Quantitas SRL, EIT Food CLC South.
