Irina Florea-Saghin is an accomplished academic and consultant specializing in regional and urban development, digital innovation, and environmental policy. Currently serving as Head of the I4T Technological Transfer Center in ICEBERG PLUS, she coordinates the FIT EDIH initiative and brings over 31 successfully implemented international projects to her credit. With extensive teaching and research experience at the University of Bucharest, Ovidius University of Constanța and the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism in Romania, Irina's expertise encompasses spatial planning, territorial development, and digital and environmental policies. She holds a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Bucharest.
