Pirita Ihamäki, Ph.D., M.Sc., serves as the International Business Manager at Prizztech Ltd, coordinating the Robocoast EDIH consortium. Ihamäki is a dynamic and innovative business developer with a solid track record in advancing unique innovations and enhancing organizational vitality. With an impressive 20-year career in various development roles, she has refined her expertise in managing digital business ecosystems. She currently leads the Gamecoast network.
Dr. Ihamäki is responsible for Robocoast’s international relations with ECCP, EDIH, and DIH centers, as well as for ecosystem and networking services. Her goal is to strengthen Europe’s innovation capacity, digital competitiveness, and green growth in collaboration with robust European Digital Innovation Hub networks. She is dedicated to enhancing the innovation capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises through ecosystem and networking services, both in Finland and across Europe.
Dr. Ihamäki is passionate about developing purpose-driven international business and open innovation models. She approaches her work from both strategic and operational perspectives. In addition to building ecosystems, she conducts research on EDIH ecosystem leadership, value creation, and digital innovation ecosystem theory. This balanced approach highlights her commitment to promoting innovation and growth within the digital environment. Her work demonstrates her dedication to advancing the field and contributing to Europe’s digital future.
