Description
Training session on 8 May 2023 (11:00-12:00 CET) that will provide guidelines for EDIHs on the design of user-centred services.
Effective service design is key to the success of an EDIH. User-centred service design is a process that EDIHs can use to meet local demand for digital transformation support.
The two main objectives of this training course are to:
- Improve the quality of EDIH services by aligning EDIH strategy and deployment with customer requirements;
- Inspire participants by showcasing the process followed by an EDIH in the design and implementation of a specific service.
