Success story: Revolutionising car rentals - How digitisation and data drive success

The second part will provide some reusable data on the car rental market and trends, and present a Czech SME Success Story. The course will explain how Speed Lease a.s. (car rental company) has successfully implemented a digital business strategy and improved operational performance, with the support of EDIH B4I. Key successes include significantly increased digital investments, productivity and annual savings. 

In addition, a representative of Speed Lease will share their own experiences and views on their collaboration experience with EDIH B4I.
