Stefanos Kotoglou serves as a Programme Officer at the European Commission, where he steers digital transformation and innovation within EU public administrations. He oversees activities related to GovTech, driving the adoption and implementation of emerging technologies across national, regional, and local public administrations.
Prior to this role, Stefanos led the eGovernment monitoring activities, including the eGovernment Benchmark initiative. He also served as a Country Desk Officer under the European Semester and the Digital Decade exercises.
