Good Practice: Smart maintenance technologies: challenges, solutions and benefits

This course covers how Industry 4.0 technologies, such as the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Big Data and Analytics, can be used to develop smart maintenance technologies. It presents several implementation challenges faced by the manufacturing industries and solutions to overcome them. The results and impacts of these solutions are also discussed. Finally, the trainer shared key takeaways to help others working with EDIH Shiftlabs. This course is based on empirical data from manufacturing companies in Sweden as well as state-of-the-art literature.
