DIHSE

The DIHSE promotes the digital transformation of SMEs in the main sectors of the SILVER ECONOMY (policy promoted by the EU 2021-2027): Health, Dependency and Proximity services for elderly people, silver tourism, and silver agri-food. The DIHSE integrates highly specialized and versatile partners with the ability to penetrate and reach companies in the Region. A Public Administration, the DIPUTACION PROVINCIAL OF ZAMORA, coordinates this grouping, guaranteeing the principles of transparency, co-governance, the fight against fraud, and equal opportunities. The Diputacion Provincial of Zamora, has promoted the Silver Economy growth strategy considered a “good practice” at international and European level. The technological specialization of the Consortium is carried out by two large companies: MINSAIT-INDRA, and CARTIF with a high level of development in the field of AI, with innovative solutions in health and gerontechnology, and also in the application of advanced technologies. The other partners guarantee the processes of digital specialization in investment and financial products (CAJA RURAL of Zamora), communication, marketing and dissemination (ATREVIA), research and innovation UNIVERSITY OF BURGOS AND UNIVERSITY OF SALAMANCA), promotion of companies (SUPERIOR COUNCIL OF CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF CASTILLA Y LEÓN), and knowledge management in silver tourism through the public company (SEGITTUR). The DIHSE's contribution to the objectives of the Digital Europe Programme is based on an initial vocation to generate a European digital space "Silver Economy" aimed at empowering this productive ecosystem whose solutions are centred on human beings, as stated in the White Paper on AI.
