About the EDIH Rheinland

The EDIH Rhineland focuses on small and medium-sized companies, start-ups and spin-offs. Public sector authorities are addressed as well.

Our vision for our region

We want to promote dynamization effects so that the economy from the Rhineland to Limburg and East Belgium becomes more resilient and sustainable growth can develop. By providing impetus for innovation, we are also contributing to long-term structural change in the region. Together, we can clear up uncertainties in planning, reduce inhibitions in implementation and counter potential concerns about digitalization with opportunities.
Our Hub consits of research facilities (WZLof RWTH, FiR at the RWTH, CATS of RWTH, Franhofer FIT, Fraunhofer IPT, ICE at RWTH, IME, Lehrstuhl Informatik 11 and the ITCenter of RWTH) innovation incubater organisation (digitalHub, RWTH Innovation) and regional development support institutions (Regina e.V., City of Aachen).
