"Buildings are becoming more technically complex, and the available computer technology is becoming more powerful. Building Information Modeling (BIM), including the integration with resources and schedules, provides applied procedures to significantly reduce the quality, cost, and schedule risks of construction projects. This guideline serves to ensure the quality of education and training measures by defining competencies, qualifications, and teaching content, as well as setting the framework conditions for the conduct of education and training. The guideline is aimed at all partners in the value chain of planning, building, operating, and managing, to design, organize, and conduct comparable competencies and training content."
