Train the Trainer course on Wednesday April 9th 2025 (15:00-16:00 CET).
Part 1 of this course will present an overview of ENTIRE EDIH, along with the challenges it faced in ramping it's ability to deliver a suite of digital services. A detailed walk through of the process followed will be presented along with a summary of lessons learned and results.
Part 2 will explore the case study of a client (Place Engage) that worked with ENTIRE and went through the process outlined above.
As the EDIH model for delivering services to clients is relatively new, the processes can bring different challenges to EDIHs, including the ability to efficiently scale and deliver high-demand services. Join us on this course to explore a comprehensive process for structured service delivery that allows accurate administration and reporting, and the effective communication and management of clients and stakeholders.
