II Course on IoT and Industry 4.0

The aim of the course is to introduce in a practical way the different elements that make up an IoT system: 

- Communications systems: characteristics and requirements of the systems used for IoT solutions. 

- Sensors and Electronics development: electronic development platforms to facilitate rapid prototyping and testing of IoT solutions. 

- Information systems: information processing and management mechanisms. 

The course is primarily aimed at people who, in their work or academic field, need to know the bases of Internet of Things technologies and their application to industry 4.0 environments. The approach is eminently applied, with 50% of the course developed in the laboratory.
