NEST

The Network for European Security and Trust (NEST) is a one-stop shop for cybersecurity solutions and capacity building initiatives, targeting SMEs and Public Administrations of Central Italy. Under the coordination of the national Cybersecurity Competence Center Cyber 4.0 and in partnership with three regional DIHs and one technology accelerator and ecosystem builder (INNOVA), the NEST EDIH will foster the digital transition of public and private entities in the Italian regions of Lazio, Umbria and Abruzzo through concrete support towards the adoption of innovative technologies, by making available: a wide range of cybersecurity tools and services, facilities for test-before-invest, qualified capacity building interventions, assistance for the access to finance and funds, and a functional support to improve the growth and internationalisation of the local innovation ecosystem. NEST activities will also support targeted organisations in dealing with the existing EU regulatory framework and its transposition into local policies and strategies and will contribute to the EU policy discussions and debate with feedback and instances from the involved stakeholders.
