EDIH Academy

The EDIH Academy is a digital platform that provides access to a wide range of online training resources for all EDIH Network members.

The Academy is your gateway to two complementary types of training resources:

  1. ‘Train the Trainer’ courses developed by EDIHs for the EDIH Network are hosted on the EDIH Academy eLearning Platform (user registration/login is required to gain access). All live training sessions are recorded and available to view. All courses are announced on this page.
  2. Relevant training courses available on other e-learning platforms (e.g.: MOOC platforms). These courses are either available free of charge or have a free of charge option – e.g.: free to attend (no certificate), with the option to attain a certificate for a small fee.

    Success Story: ESG Assessment Reinforcement for SME use

    Train the Trainer course, Thursday 23 January 2025 (10:00-11:00 CET). Part 1 will present a short introduction into the challenges regarding ESG reporting. Part 2 will present the success story of ESG Chain, company that has revolutionize supply chain management through the use of AI and Blockchain.

    Digital technologies applied to mussels

    Within the framework of the EDIH DATAlife project, we have organized various sessions in order to present a comprehensive overview of digital technologies applied to the mussel sector. This course has been divided into different sessions that allow the introduction of various success stories.

    Success Story: Empowering Solar Energy Through IoT

    Train the Trainer course on Tuesday, 17 December (11:00 – 12:00 CET). Part 1 will provide a comprehensive overview of global market trends in solar power and photovoltaic plants. Part 2 will present the Success Story of 3t.Cable, a company that specialises in the construction of photovoltaic plants

    Success Story: AI-driven Virtual service mechanic for refrigeration systems

    Train the Trainer course on Thursday 12 December 2024 (11:00-12:00 CET). Part 1 will provide an overview of the commercial and industrial refrigeration markets. Part 2 will present the success story of FreezerData, detailing their journey in developing a “virtual service mechanic” powered by AI.

    Success Story: Renaissance meets AI

    Train the Trainer course on Monday, 9 December 2024 (16:00-17:00 CET).  Part 1 will provide a comprehensive overview of the Edtech market. Part 2 will present ArtCentrica's success story, an online educational platform that has revolutionized the teaching and learning of art and humanities.  

    Success Story: AI algorithms and Sensor Integration for Robotic Vessels

    Train the Trainer course on Friday 29 November 2024 (11:00-12:00 CEST). Part 1 will provide an overview of the maritime industry and its digitalization market. Part 2 will present Mindchip OÜ and their journey developing autonomous self-adaptive captains that can adjust to different sea vessels.

    Success Story: Elevating Communication: AI Assistant Leap

    Train the Trainer course on Thursday 21 November 2024 (11:00-12:00 CEST). Part 1 shares reusable info on automotive retail, digital retailing, and the use of AI. Part 2 presents the success story of Adria P.A., a Renault and Dacia dealership, and their innovative AI communication assistant.
