This train the trainer course will present a comprehensive overview of the cybersecurity market, analysing its interaction with SMEs and the benefits associated with cybersecurity training.
During this course Sweden Secure Tech Hub by Sweden ICT will present their good practice ‘Train your SME on the basics of cybersecurity’, an initiative that aimed to empower SMEs with the knowledge and skills to navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
As Small and Medium-sized enterprises face an increasing amount of cybersecurity threats a need for basic cybersecurity training becomes evident. In Europe cyberattacks have increase 57%, most commonly in relation to smaller companies that lack up-to-date or advanced resources. In order to tackle SME’s cybersecurity challenges, Sweden Secure Tech Hub developed a comprehensive ‘Basic Cybersecurity’ course. This initiative allows SMEs to grasp key cybersecurity concepts, strengthen their security culture, get a hold of tools for effective defense and address the digital skills gap in the workforce.
