Digital governance (DIGOV)

Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on legal disruption, European policy and the basic challenges of digital governance. The course explores the disruptive effect of digital technologies in the context of EU law and politics. Other topics covered include: the economic growth options for the European economy; the relation between big data and privacy; the opportunities and risks associated with artificial intelligence; digital product liability; and the ethical and business aspects of digitalisation.
