The DTA organised an exclusive online open discussion session to explore how EDIHs are using, or planning to use, AI infrastructures to enhance the customer journey.
This session offered EDIHs across the Network a valuable opportunity to gain insight into how other EDIHs are using, or planning to use, European AI innovation infrastructures to ensure an enhanced and more flexible AI and digital journey for European companies and the public sector – and to share EDIH’s experiences and plans. During this session participants learned how EDIHs are supporting customer adoption of GenAI and had the opportunity to share their own experiences with their peers.
The open discussion featured an interactive Q&A with the audience, during which we encouraged participants to join the discussion and share their insights and experiences. Throughout the session, the DTA used Slido exercises to invite all participants to share their views.
