EDIH B4I

The EDIH2 B4I consortium builds on the long-standing collaboration and joint project experience of its members. It unites five experienced and complementary organizations into a strong, strategically coordinated partnership, dedicated to delivering high-impact digital transformation services to SMEs in the Central Bohemian Region and beyond. Building on the successful implementation of the first EDIH B4I project, the consortium combines expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies, AI applications, business support services, education, financial and legal advisory, and ecosystem building. Each member plays a vital and distinct role, ensuring comprehensive service delivery, strong client orientation, technological excellence, and sustainability beyond the project period.

The consortium ensures a synergy of competencies critical for the “Test Before Invest” approach, capacity building in AI and digital technologies, financial and legal advisory services, innovation ecosystem development, and strategic client management. The cooperation model is based on proven EDIH 1 experience, established collaboration experience, and continuous professional development, ensuring efficient project execution and long-term impact.
