EDIH DIGIHUB

The main objective of DIGIHUB is to support the digital transformation of SMEs and PSOs in the SouthEast region of Bulgaria by providing a wide range of services in the context of regional/municipal strategies aiming to boost the innovative potential of SMEs and to improve the digitalisation of public services deliveries. The DIGIHUB services are structured on four pillars, and are based upon an strong expertise of the entities involved in the Consortium with an special emphasis on the domains of AI, cybersecurity, big data, ICT and distributed ledger technologies, and with focus on the leading economic sectors of the SouthEast region (energy/health/transport/logistics/tourism). The target users of DIGIHUB services are: -the companies active in the leading economic sectors of the SouthEast region with the main target to reach at least 166 SMEs with test before invest and business advisory support, accompanying the most prominent 30 digital projects in the process of searching additional funding opportunities to implement digital transformation plans; -the municipalities of Burgas,Pomorie,Sliven, the state company "Port infrastructure" and the ILPB (Industrial and Logistic Parк-Burgas), and two universities, with the aim to support the digital transformation of public services deliveries and ensuring that DIGIHUB plays a key brokering role between local administrations and relevant companies providing e-government services and technologies. DIGIHUB organization is built upon a solid structure and consolidated expertise involving ICT Cluster Burgas, Burgas municipality, DINT Foundation, two universities (UNIAZ/BFU), together with the BAS-Burgas and AIBEST, offering an unique base to position DIGIHUB as the key EDIH in the SouthEast region of Bulgaria, and as the main window bridging technological complementarities with other EDIHs at national and international level, and supporting actively the DTA on its engine role for the monitoring of EDIHs services.
