Description

RESTwithEU is a European Pilot Project whose mission is to support and drive the digitalisation of the European Restaurant industry. With the increasing competitiveness and the technological boost in the sector, restaurants need to adapt to the era of digitalisation to continue operating in a more efficient and long-term perspective, improving their processes and the experience of their customers. But how can we adapt to the age of digitalisation to be more resilient and sustainable by 2030?

The Digital Pathway Tool

RESTwithEU has developed The Digital Pathway Tool, a framework that will make it easier for small and medium-sized restaurants to take the necessary steps to progressively adapt to the digitalisation era in a simple, step-by-step manner, with actionable guidelines that will help restaurants achieve their digitalisation goals by area.

After months of research and testing results, The Digital Pathway Tool will help you through a test to identify the current situation of your restaurant, providing you with the solutions and 16 best practices that you should adopt to improve the 10 key areas of your business with the pathways that we have created.

RESTwithEU is a Pilot Project promoted by the European Parliament and executed by Innova Next SLU (Barrabés.biz)Quantitas SRLEIT Food CLC South.

Take the test and discover how to take your restaurant to the next level of digitalisation.

RESTwithEU Guidebook

In this RESTwithEU Guidebook, the main outcome of the project, restaurants will find a detailed roadmap outlining the essential steps to follow to progressively integrate digitalisation into their business. This guide is exclusively tailored to cater to the needs of restaurant owners, managers and employees seeking practical guidance and effective solutions to introduce digital tools within their establishments. By implementing the strategies outlined here, restaurants can boost efficiency, adapt to changes and ensure their thriving future. By following the RESTwithEU Guidebook, restaurants will gain a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation in the industry, learn about existing tools and practices, explore innovative solutions, and receive practical guidance on implementing digital tools. This is an invaluable resource for navigating the vast possibilities that digital transformation offers for the restaurant sector.

Read the RESTwithEU Guidebook and get an overview of the current state of the restaurant industry and the future of the sector.

Download the Facing the Restaurant Challlenges report and the RESTwithEU Hackathon report to keep track of the progress made during the project.

Please be advised that if the Digital Pathway Tool test temporarily fails to function, there is still the availability of a Paper Version of the Digital Pathway Tool to guide you through the process of digitalising your restaurant.
