Train the Trainer course on 26 October 2023 (12:00-14:00 CEST) to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide cybersecurity management training to their clients. 

Part 2 of 3 Cybersecurity Management courses: Development of cybersecurity level in SMEs

At stake are an organisation's tangible or intangible assets. To protect them, an organisation should know their current cybersecurity level, and how to improve or maintain that level.

After this course, you will be able to train your clients on how to improve their organisation's cybersecurity level.

Part 2 content:

  • Motivation (to develop cybersecurity level)
  • A quick look at cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and EU-legislation
  • How to develop the cybersecurity level in a small SME
  • Two cybersecurity certification schemes
  • Conclusion
  • Plus additional content on: Cybersecurity strategy & governance in a larger SME

Course prerequisites

  • Understanding how to identify business-critical assets, which will help you to apply course content / learning.
