EDIH sharing SMEs and PSOs

A SME or PSO customer can receive services from multiple EDIHs. 

If you try to create a SME or PSO to perform a Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) or record Performance indicators, and the SME or PSO is already created by another EDIH, you will receive the following message: "This fiscal registration number corresponds to an SME/PSO that is already registered with another EDIH. You may request access to this SME/PSO by contacting the helpdesk." 

Clicking on the hyperlink, will open your email client and prepare an email to the help desk, where you can request to be added as an associated EDIH for the particular SME or PSO.  In case your email client does not open, please email the help desk directly at support@edihnetwork.eu.

In the SME and PSO details, if a SME or PSO is shared with other EDIHs, you will see a list of the other EDIHs under the label: "Associated EDIHs", as well as an indication of the EDIH that created the SME/PSO under the "Created by EDIH" field.

Becoming an associated EDIH for a SME/PSO allows you to:

• View the SME/PSO profile data. The SME/PSO profile can be edited only by the EDIH that created the SME/PSO
• View existing DMAs created by other EDIHs. For example, if a DMA has been created for T0 by another EDIH, then you can view it but you cannot edit it.
• Create new DMAs for a time periods where a DMA does not already exist. For example, if no DMA exists for T1, any associated EDIH can create it. Once the DMA is created, then the other EDIHs can only view the DMA for T1.
• Enter Performance Indicators for the SME/PSO.
