Overview - DMA Bulk Import Tool

This section describes the DMA Bulk Import Tool, that allows to import multiple SME DMAs and PSO DMAs from CSV files.

You can upload multiple DMAs from the "Digital Maturity Assessment for SME/PSO overview" page under "My EDIH",  using the "CSV import" button.

Please follow these steps:

• Prepare your CSV file with the DMA information
  
  Review the documentation and the sample CSV file to understand the expected structure of the file and format your data accordingly.
  
  Make sure that the SMEs and PSOs are already created.  You can bulk import SMEs and PSOs from the "Performance Indicators" page. Check the instructions for the KPI Reporting Tool under the Guidance Documents.
• Upload the CSV file
  
  This will import your file and parse it. If there are any errors, you will get informative error messages so you can adjust your file. You will then need to re-upload the CSV file.
• Review the parsing results
  
  Once your CSV file is parsed with no errors, you will be able to review the results of the parsing operation. This step will give you the chance to confirm that your data has been interpreted correctly, before submitting it and storing the DMA assessment in the system. You can repeat the file upload process if you need to adjust/correct any data.
• Submit the data
  
  Once you confirm that the data was parsed correctly, you can submit the data to the DMA tool. This will store the DMA data, associate it with the organisation being assessed and proceed to show you the assessment results.
• Review your results
  
  After submitting the DMA data, the system will proceed to show you the assessment results.
