David Vidal is Project Director of the Digital Transformation Accelerator (DTA). David is a Senior Consultant at CARSA with 20+ years of professional experience. Industrial engineer and MBA with extensive experience in innovation, digital transformation and innovative business models across industries. He has carried out and supervised a wide variety of contract services related to research and innovation, in topics such as new / advanced technologies and digitalisation, at national, regional and European level. He also has extensive experience in the evaluation of public policies, initiatives and programmes, the identification of best practices and production of policy recommendations, having coordinated several evaluations of public policies for European institutions. He has managed and participated in several European projects on Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH-World, AI Regio, EUHubs4Data, AI DIH Network, DIHELP).
