EDIH Academy

The EDIH Academy is a digital platform that provides access to a wide range of online training resources for all EDIH Network members.

The Academy is your gateway to two complementary types of training resources:

  1. ‘Train the Trainer’ courses developed by EDIHs for the EDIH Network are hosted on the EDIH Academy eLearning Platform (user registration/login is required to gain access). All live training sessions are recorded and available to view. All courses are announced on this page.
  2. Relevant training courses available on other e-learning platforms (e.g.: MOOC platforms). These courses are either available free of charge or have a free of charge option – e.g.: free to attend (no certificate), with the option to attain a certificate for a small fee.

    Introduction to HPC

    Train the Trainer course on 31 March 2023 (10:00-13:00 CET) to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide basic High Performance Computing (HPC) training to their clients (companies and public sector).

    Train the Trainer course on 30 March 2023 (13:00-16:00 CET), tailored to small business trainers, to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide basic cybersecurity training for non-technical personnel.

    Train the Trainer course on 29 March 2023 (13:00-15:30 CET) that aims to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide “Digital Innovation Management” training to their client companies (SMEs and mid-sized companies).

    • Austria

    Legal aspects of cooperation

    Training session on 23 March 2023 (10:00-11:00 CET) that will assess the key legal aspects that underpin cooperation between EDIHs.

    Understanding blockchain

    Train the Trainer session on 22 March 2023 (11:00-13:00 CET) to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide client companies with practical basic training on blockchain technologies, crypto currencies and decentralised applications.

    Three e-learning modules that explore how to exploit data science in different ecosystems.

    Introducing open data

    Four e-learning modules that introduce the concept of open data, its many benefits and how to unlock its value in the digital age.

    Cross-border EDIH collaboration

    Training session on 9 March 2023 (10:00-11:00 CET) that will explore the main features of the EDIH Network and possible EDIH cooperation scenarios to help EDIHs unlock their cooperation and networking potential.
