EDIH Academy

The EDIH Academy is a digital platform that provides access to a wide range of online training resources for all EDIH Network members.

The Academy is your gateway to two complementary types of training resources:

  1. ‘Train the Trainer’ courses developed by EDIHs for the EDIH Network are hosted on the EDIH Academy eLearning Platform (user registration/login is required to gain access). All live training sessions are recorded and available to view. All courses are announced on this page.
  2. Relevant training courses available on other e-learning platforms (e.g.: MOOC platforms). These courses are either available free of charge or have a free of charge option – e.g.: free to attend (no certificate), with the option to attain a certificate for a small fee.

    Design of user-centred services

    Training session on 8 May 2023 (11:00-12:00 CET) that will provide guidelines for EDIHs on the design of user-centred services.

    Digital innovation management - Part 3

    Train the Trainer course - Part 3 - on 26 April 2023 (13:00-15:30 CET) to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide “Digital Innovation Management” training to their client companies (SMEs and mid-sized companies).

    Train the Trainer course on 20 April 2023 (13:00-15:30 CET) that will enable EDIHs to explain: a) the difference between Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Internet of Things (IoT); and b) how to set up two different IIoT Platforms and communicate with those platforms.

    Guidelines on key success factors for cross-border EDIH cooperation

    Training session on 19 April 2023 (10:00-11:00 CET) that will assess the main barriers and obstacles to cross-border EDIH cooperation and provide guidelines on key success factors that underpin effective cooperation, enabling EDIHs to self-assess their readiness to cooperate.

    Crowdfunding in Europe - Part 1

    Train the Trainer course on 17 April 2023 (13:00-16:00 CET) to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide “Crowdfunding” training to their client companies. Topics include crowdfunding characteristics, operating mechanisms, platforms and the regulatory framework.

    Train the Trainer course on 12 April 2023 (13:00-15:30 CET) that aims to better enable EDIHs and their representatives to provide “Digital Innovation Management” training to their client companies (SMEs and mid-sized companies).

    Crypto assets and the token economy

    Train the Trainer course on 13 April 2023 (14:00-16:00 CET) that will introduce the CDAA® and CBA® programme, basic knowledge of how blockchain, digital assets and Web3 technology work, and their impact on financial services. Introduction to the pathway to becoming a CDAA® and CBA® Trainer.

    Cooperation action plan & agreement

    Training session on 5 April 2023 (10:00-11:00 CET) that will assess EDIH cooperation planning activities and requirements and the main features of an EDIH cooperation agreement.
