Mantas has a wealth of practical experience and expertise in the set-up, development and implementation of innovation and digital transformation support services for SMEs and the public sector, as well as strong knowledge of EU innovation and R&D support systems. For the last 20 years, Mantas has been an active contributor to flagship EU initiatives focused on SME support, innovation and internationalisation (IRC, NCP, EEN, EDIH networks, etc.). Mantas holds degrees in Physics and Business Management, and a PhD in Public Administration.
