Lidia Mocanu (Betoaea) With over 13 years of experience in the private sector as a Marketing Manager, Project Manager, and Commercial Director, Lidia returned to her roots to contribute her expertise to her community as the Head of the One Stop Shop Office at the North-East Regional Development Agency.
In 2019, Lidia laid the foundation of the first digital innovation hub in the North-East Region of Romania. She became the Strategy Director of the Digital Innovation Zone Association and Vice President of RODIH, focusing on creating strong synergies and the right vision for the digital transformation ecosystem in Romania
